Rules & Bylaws

The KIDA Rules & Bylaws are the heart of the Keystone Indoor Drill Association. All units should carefully review the KIDA Rules & Bylaws prior to the start of any season. Below are two versions of the KIDA Rules & Bylaws. The first indicates changes made at the 2018 Rules & Bylaws Congress. Please review these changes carefully, because they may effect your unit particularly. The second version is a version of the Rules & Bylaws without notation. These are the Rules & Bylaws that apply to the 2019 winter season.
